Broome Toyota

I have no idea how Broome Toyota are still operating, very poor service for a global company.Waited 9 weeks for our car, called twice a week just to get an update even had to do some calling for them to get warranty sorted to have our bushings doneBut we just needed the CV Foots done and it was just over 1 week the part came. towards the end we were told we needed CV shafts replaced, we were fed up and just wanted our car so we said we'll get it done another time, turned up to pick our car up and we were charged for the CV Shafts, I asked to put a complaint in and i had to talk to the manager,I expressed that we didn't like that we had the CV shaft fitted and we didn't consent to having it done and how unorganised they were, it taking so long, he said what do you want us to do take it off. And we said we didn't have the car for 9 weeks we don't want to wait any longer. We ended up paying for it. Emma was really nice about it but Ryan was a total toolWill never use Broome Toyota again

A team of bloody legends! All the staff here were super friendly, super helpful and went above and beyond with their customer service. They are a very busy business and managed to get us in and give our 79’ just what she needed! Special thanks to Deb and Maddie!

Broome Toyota has absolutely amazing service. I was extremely impressed with how friendly, knowledgable and efficient the staff were. Emma and Ryan are highly professional and were able to deal with all my queries, despite being so busy. As I have minimal car knowledge, Emma was remarkably patient with me and really went the extra mile to explain everything to me adequately. Pat was beyond efficient with my car. I have never dealt with a kinder or more impressive team within this industry, and I would definitely recommend Broome Toyota to all my friends and family. 5/5 stars!

We've just had the most amazing experience in all our travels ,booked in to have the Toyota Hilux 80 km service done at Broome ,the wonderful Deb ,booked us in ,outlined the time span for two days later ,gave us a quote and voila! Not only early but cheaper than quote , thankyou so much Broome Toyota and thankyou soooo much Deb , you go out of your way to please ,and thankyou from Chris and Billie-Jo Davis N.S. W.

Phoned to book our car in for a minor service as it wasn’t due yet we just wanted the oil changed etc. The lady quoted me around $240. I thought that’s reasonable so I booked it in and budgeted that money. When my husband picked the car up he was charged $725!! That’s a big bloody difference. Now we are short $500 which is a big deal for us being so close to Christmas and having a little one to provide for! Another money hungry scamming business.

After a really atrocious incident with Toyota Scarborough Beach, we walked away from Toyota for 40 years. Toyota Broome, however has given me reasons to reconsider Toyota customer service. Craig went beyond in his customer care for us.

I had my Prado serviced by Broome Toyota last year whilst travelling through the area. They were very accommodating with scheduling the service, thorough in identifying any issues and they followed up afterwards. I don't live in WA but wish I could have my car serviced by these guys all the time.

Unbelievable service. Stuck in Broome with a Check Engine Return to Dealer" after doing the Canning and Gibb River Rd in our 200 Series Landcruiser. Fit us in and sussed it out in a morning
